A new track from Clive
On the 4th of January 2023, Luca Brugnoli recorded ‘O Quam Tristis’ for his new album Rise Up in the chapel at Charterhouse School in Surrey. Clive wrote the music for this track which was included among a range of classics and and new pieces chosen by Luca, who was finalist in the 2022 BBC Young Chorister of the Year.
The project was backed by a Kickstarter campaign and directed by Robert Lewis – and also featured soprano Alice Platten, who competed alongside Luca in the BBC competition.
