Haslemere Musical Society Christmas Concert
On Saturday 6th December, Haslemere Musical Society will be performing Clive Osgood’s Carol ‘I saw three ships’ in a new orchestration as part of their Christmas Concert.
The annual concert, held at Haslemere Hall, will begin with the lively overture to Rossini’s opera The Italian Girl in Algiers followed by Saint Saens Suite Algérienne Op.60 and Tchaikovsky’s Scenes from The Nutcracker. After the Interval the chorus will be singing in Haydn’s Little Organ Mass, followed by a selection of Carols including Clive Osgood’s ‘I Saw three Ships’.
